I forgot my password
Signup is deliberately minimal, so there is no automated reset. Email us with your username and any details that help show the account is yours — if you linked a Google account, writing from that address proves ownership — and we'll do our best to restore access.
Delete my account
Email hello@pikuball.com naming the account and we'll delete it and its data — see the Privacy Policy for details.
Report a player or username
Send us the username and what happened. Offensive names and unfair play are covered by our Terms of Service.
The game won't connect
Pikuball needs an internet connection — the offline screen retries automatically. If the problem persists on a good connection, let us know what device and network you're on.
